Mrs. Nirawati Devi serves as the Director of Bal Pathsala, bringing over 15 years of invaluable experience in early childhood education. Her leadership style is characterized by warmth and encouragement, reflecting her dedication to fostering a nurturing environment where each child is inspired to explore, learn, and excel. Under her stewardship, the curriculum is meticulously crafted to develop essential skills, including literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social-emotional growth, all while promoting confidence and resilience among students.
